Description
The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, en suite private bathroom with shower, hair dryer, cable TV, and sliding glass doors leading to the pool/patio area. The second bedroom has a queen bed, cable TV, and window view of the pool area. The third bedroom has bunk beds including one double and two single beds. The second and third bedrooms share a full bath. The house comfortably sleeps eight (8) (in beds) and has three TVs total. All linens are provided (sheets, towels, etc).

It has an eat-in kitchen complete with stove/range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishes, pool dishes, pots/pans, utensils,
etc … everything right down to the towels, potholders, and napkin rings! There is also a formal dining room with pass-through to the kitchen.

The spacious living room boasts cable TV, VCR, stereo with CD player, and high-speed internet access (Comcast cable). In addition, there is a sliding glass door leading to the pool area.

The pool area boasts an oversized, heated, screened, in-ground pool (pool heat $150/wk additional cost, if desired). There is an upscale patio table with umbrella and chairs (with cushions). In addition, there are matching chairs with ottomans and matching cushion lounge chairs (8 total pool chairs). The private fenced backyard outside the screened pool area is a spacious (room enough for the children to play!) with two palm trees.

Additional features include 2 car garage, full size washer and dryer, telephone with free local calls, answering machine, iron and ironing board, central air conditioning, Hunter ceiling fans in the LR, MBR, and BR2, and 24 hour management services. Additional options can be purchased including crib, high chair, welcome food pack, computer, or fax machine.
